  • one 1/2 cups bean sprouts
  • one bunch Thai basil
  • one lime, minimize into four wedges
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (optional)
  • one/4 cup chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha┬«) (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Spot beef bones on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven right up until browned, about one hour.
